http://openrbl.org/ takes in an IP address or a host name and returns a list of sites that might classify you as a spammer. A lot of these sites are network based (/24, /16 for ISP's) and unimportant, but some are specific to your IP and will help to find viruses or open relays on your connection.

Good stuff. Wonder how hard it would be to set up a wget of your IP and have it mail you if anything changes.
